PRISMA Launches Direct FCFS Feature
In late June 2023, PRISMA launches a new Direct First Come First Served feature, enhancing transparency and efficiency.
PRISMA European Capacity Platform GmbH is excited to announce the upcoming launch of its new Direct First Come First Served (FCFS) feature in late June 2023, catering specifically to our esteemed customers TTPC and Transmed.
The introduction of the Direct FCFS feature marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing enhanced transparency, speed, and flexibility for both Operators and Shippers seeking to book FCFS Capacity.
Under the new feature, TTPC and Transmed will offer a diverse range of products through the PRISMA platform, catering to both long-term and short-term booking requirements. These products include multi-year, yearly (Gas year and Calendar year), quarterly, and monthly options, as well as the new calendar weekly and working day weekly options.
To explore the full list of bookable products and open booking windows, interested Shippers can refer to the market participant page of both TTPC and Transmed.
However, it is important to note that Shippers must first obtain an assignment to both TTPC and Transmed to initiate the booking process. We have provided detailed instructions on requesting assignments in an article for your convenience.
With the Direct FCFS feature, Shippers can now conveniently book FCFS capacity directly on the PRISMA platform with just a few clicks. By checking the availability in the Operator offer box, Shippers can instantly secure their desired capacity amount, as these bookings are immediately confirmed as long as the capacity is in place.
All booking requests are binding transactions. For yearly products, an additional contractual check by the TSOs to be carried out.
In cases where the requested capacity amount is unavailable, the platform will calculate an alternative capacity amount between your requested and minimum requested amount.
